Xpad provides an interface to third-party blockchain protocols, including Pons. Xpad does not custody your assets, execute transactions without your approval, or guarantee protocol availability.

You are responsible for your wallet, credentials, transaction review, taxes, and compliance with laws that apply to you. Do not use a handle, name, symbol, or content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Digital assets are volatile and may lose all value. Smart contracts, networks, wallets, and third-party services may fail or behave unexpectedly. Launches and transfers are generally irreversible.

Nothing on Xpad is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Network, Pons, trading, and creator fees may apply. Values shown by the interface are estimates until confirmed on-chain. A verified X claim does not move previously accrued fees; the current on-chain recipient must complete any fee-recipient transfer.

The service is provided as available without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the interface. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpad is not liable for losses arising from transactions, protocols, assets, or service interruption.
